Develop and maintain scalable and efficient ETL pipelines that integrate with various internal and external data sources;; Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data quality;; Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, and business teams to understand data requirements;; Optimize data integration strategies to improve performance and reduce latency;; Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot ETL processes;; Stay updated on industry advancements and introduce innovative practices
