We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing on healthcare insurance applications, which includes designing and executing detailed test cases, conducting thorough regression testing, and collaborating closely with development teams. You will utilize your SQL expertise to analyze complex data structures, ensuring data quality and consistency. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will help identify potential issues that may affect software performance, allowing us to deliver exceptional products to our clients. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to provide feedback on design and functionality, ensuring that our products meet client expectations and industry standards.

As a Software Tester, you will be engaged in multiple testing activities and will be responsible for the following tasks::

Design and execute manual test cases to ensure software functionality meets specifications;; Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and maintain software integrity;; Collaborate with developers to review requirements and provide insightful feedback;; Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data validation and quality assurance purposes;; Analyze complex data sets to uncover anomalies and inconsistencies;; Document testing processes and maintain a repository of test artifacts;; Communicate testing progress and results effectively to the project team;; Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals;; Continuously seek to improve testing methodologies and processes
