Not only will you receive one-on-one mentorship throughout the internship, but you will also benefit from career coaching support up to three months post-program. Our alumni have successfully landed lucrative UX roles with salaries ranging between $85,000 and $130,000, and we are committed to helping women, immigrants, and people of color break into the tech industry and secure high-paying positions. As a UX Design Intern, you will undertake various responsibilities that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.:
- Develop digital products and services from inception to launch;; Lead the end-to-end design process for a project of your choice;; Conduct product and feature scoping along with project management;; Identify the target market and position your product for successful launch;; Create a sustainable business model for your design solution and demonstrate its scalability;; Manage user recruitment for discovery research, create research plans, conduct interviews, and synthesize findings;; Deliver a compelling pitch showcasing your UX design and business strategy with supporting data;; Create user personas, journey maps, and various design deliverables to tell a user's story;; Conduct user testing on wireframes and prototypes to refine usability and improve your design;; Design a unique design system from scratch, including components, style guides, and branding elements;; Analyze competitors to articulate your solution's strengths and market differentiation
