AI Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI features that transform multimodal interview data into insightful and actionable reports for recruiting teams. You will design and implement complex analytical workflows that integrate audio, transcripts, screen recordings, and structured inputs to deliver clear insights into candidate skills. Your contributions will shape the AI features from initial concept through to production, working collaboratively with recruiters, designers, and full-stack developers to identify opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving existing AI workflows based on user feedback and data analysis, striving to enhance quality while balancing performance and cost-effectiveness. Establishing and maintaining evaluation pipelines to measure performance and validate improvements will be essential, allowing you to make informed decisions driven by data rather than guesswork.
Key Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Develop AI features for analyzing multimodal interview data
- Design multi-step analysis flows incorporating various data types
