UX/UI Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to become a vital member of our design team. You will be instrumental in crafting specialized internal tools tailored for a highly technical user base. In this dynamic role, you will enhance value and usability while working within an agile framework. Your primary responsibility will involve designing intuitive, functional solutions that meet the unique needs of our specialized technical users. Collaboration with engineers, developers, and various stakeholders is essential as you create efficient and impactful tools that streamline the daily operations of our engineering experts. Your designs will significantly influence the development of solutions that effectively balance usability, technical feasibility, and business objectives. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll focus on executing designs based on validated user needs, maintaining and evolving the existing design system for consistency, and fostering a discovery-first mindset to continually evaluate assumptions and validate objectives.
