UX/UI Designer
Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products. Your primary focus will be to understand the needs and motivations of our participants, ensuring they remain engaged throughout their learning journey. Our mission is to unlock the potential of our participants and guide them into their first IT job. You will collaborate closely with product management to develop and validate concepts for new features and products, overseeing the entire process from ideation to prototyping and user testing. Your designs will enhance the user experience and user interface of our online educational platform, translating user needs into clear and intuitive design solutions. Conducting user research through interviews and usability tests will be vital, as you will work closely with our community, including alumni and current learners, as well as potential employers, to continuously improve our educational offerings. You will implement validated product increments, taking ownership of the design process while collaborating with teams across product, technology, and design. Additionally, you will work alongside marketing and media to ensure a consistent visual identity in our product and brand, further developing our corporate design.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with product management, conducting user research, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
- Degree or training in UX/UI Design, Media Design, Psychology, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user-centered digital products and UX design principles
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews and usability testing
