QA Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Technician to join our team in Frankfurt. In this crucial role, you will ensure that all products manufactured meet stringent quality and regulatory standards before they are released to the market. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products, as well as performing essential microbiological testing as needed. You will play a key role in training team members on Quality Systems, supporting nonconformance investigations, and documenting reports in a professional manner. You will collaborate closely with the production team to address all quality-related issues on-site, ensuring that we maintain a clean room environment free from contamination. Key Responsibilities
As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities align with our Quality System requirements and regulatory standards.
- Authorize or prevent the release of approved materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Perform microbiological testing of the environment and products as necessary.
- Support nonconformance investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and document reports and results in accordance with GDP and GMP requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with the production team on quality-related topics.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Professional education as a chemical laboratory technician or biology laboratory technician.
- Familiarity with handling chemicals and using laboratory equipment.
