Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance for our platform at JustPlay. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our core app experience operates smoothly across various devices and regions. You will play a crucial part in the development process by setting high standards for quality, reliability, and overall user experience. Your leadership will guide the QA team in implementing best practices and innovative testing strategies, ultimately enhancing the performance of our games and live operations.
Key Responsibilities
As the QA Lead, you will manage the complete QA lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management processes
- Collaborate with development and design teams to integrate QA practices early in the development cycle
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and automated testing suites for critical user flows
- Mentor and lead the QA team, establishing clear processes and quality standards
- Implement automation strategies using various tools and frameworks
- Conduct performance and reliability testing to assure optimal user experiences
- Drive innovation in testing through the use of AI and predictive analytics
