Engineer Quality Assurance
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Engineer in Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to our quality management system while actively monitoring the manufacturing process through relevant inspections. Your role will involve maintaining oversight of budget and timelines associated with quality processes, ensuring that all quality requirements are met. You will also be responsible for developing concepts and strategies to enhance our quality assurance processes and will prepare for internal and external quality audits while providing support during their execution. Additionally, you will assist in quality planning by analyzing products to define quality assurance standards, performing and overseeing fault analyses such as 8D reports, and documenting and evaluating test results to derive and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include quality management, process monitoring, and the development of quality assurance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the quality management system
- Conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Monitor budget and time constraints within quality processes
- Develop and implement improvement strategies for quality assurance
- Prepare and support internal and external quality audits
- Analyze products to establish quality assurance standards
- Conduct and supervise fault analyses
- Document and evaluate test results
- Implement corrective measures based on analysis

Qualifications
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Over 3 years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance
- Experience with the 8D method is a plus
