Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new product development projects meet the highest quality standards. You will engage in various key activities including Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Critical to Quality (CTQ) definitions. Your responsibilities will also encompass the creation and maintenance of a Traceability Matrix for product requirements, overseeing Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, and approving V&V plans and reports. You will assess the risks associated with new product features and derive prioritized testing strategies accordingly. Collaboration with teams in development, production, and project management will be essential to guarantee adherence to quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure quality in product development and collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Establish required quality levels in new product development projects
- Support the creation and maintenance of a Traceability Matrix
- Guide Verification and Validation activities and approve relevant plans and reports
- Evaluate risks of new product features and develop corresponding testing strategies
- Work closely with development, production, and project management teams to meet quality requirements

- Extensive professional experience in quality assurance
