Quality Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager who will play a pivotal role in our quality management sector. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and enhance the quality standards of our organization. While the immediate software testing will be handled by the development teams, your expertise will be vital in continuously evolving our quality framework. You will assist in obtaining ISO certification and provide quality-related information to our clients. Given the high standards our clients expect from our software, particularly in regulated environments, this role presents unique challenges. However, it also offers a platform for you to contribute your ideas and experiences and have a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities that encompass the entire quality management process within the company.
- Contribute to the design and development of internal organizational structures
- Manage software quality assurance processes and ensure quality standards are adhered to across all departments
- Monitor Quality Gates throughout the development lifecycle
- Support both internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Coach different development teams on the implementation and execution of quality assurance procedures and risk assessments
- Review development products and documentation for adherence to quality standards
- Oversee follow-up actions from audits and responses from vendors
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and evaluate associated measures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience as a Quality Manager in agile software development teams or similar roles
Language Requirements
Programming Languages:
ISO standards, Quality Management Systems, Agile methodologies, Statistical analysis software
Spoken Languages:
English, German
