Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
We are in search of a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to be part of our dynamic team, focusing on testing 4G and 5G networks. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our network testing solution, known as SITE, while also contributing to the development of new features in close collaboration with our Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive test campaigns for newly implemented features in our 5G/4G products, which encompass both software and hardware components. You will validate and document the results of your testing efforts to effectively communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders. Close collaboration with research and development engineers will be essential as you work to identify and resolve bugs. Furthermore, you will engage with customers during the remote type acceptance phase, providing valuable support. Additionally, you will serve as level three support for specific customer issues, collaborating with internal support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test campaigns for new features in 5G and 4G products
- Test, validate, and document results for stakeholder presentation
- Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to address and eliminate bugs
- Engage with customers during the acceptance phase for remote support
- Provide level three support for specific customer issues

- Completed degree in computer science or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
Language Requirements
