Head of Quality Management
Job Description

Your ability to identify potential issues before they escalate will be crucial in driving project success. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Purchasing, ESG, and Project Management to enhance and refine our quality processes. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will define quality requirements for our partners and ensure that all stakeholders, including site employees and subcontractors, adhere to our established standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our project quality plans and improving our software-based quality control systems. Your role will also involve managing non-conformities by conducting thorough analyses and implementing corrective actions. You will provide essential training to project teams and conduct audits to uphold our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Quality Management, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Further development and revision of quality processes in collaboration with various departments
- Support sales teams in understanding and implementing standard quality requirements
- Define and communicate quality standards for third-party contractors and inspectors
- Maintain and enhance the project quality plan and associated software tools
- Manage non-conformities through detailed analysis and corrective action implementation
- Provide support and escalate quality issues as necessary
- Manage functional quality officers across departments
- Conduct quality training sessions and audits for project teams and subcontractors

Qualifications
- Commercial or technical vocational training or degree in quality management or engineering or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management or construction site management
- Experience in handling quality deviations and conducting root cause analyses
- Familiarity with quality management systems according to ISO 9001
