We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Lead Software Quality Engineering who will take charge of leading our Quality Engineering team, ensuring the onboarding of new staff members, and consistently advancing the team's development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the Quality Engineering team both technically and administratively, while overseeing various critical functions.
- Developing and implementing test strategies, processes, and quality standards for our software products.
- Planning, monitoring, and optimizing testing activities throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues early.
- Designing, managing, and continuously improving test automation solutions and frameworks.
- Proactively driving quality assurance topics and key performance indicators.
- Analyzing test results and creating comprehensive reports and dashboards for management and SCRUM teams.
- Assisting in the selection and integration of new tools and technologies in the quality engineering domain.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in ensuring software quality and related methodologies, such as ISTQB certification.
- Strong knowledge in test automation at both integration and end-to-end levels.
- Experience in building and maintaining automation platforms, particularly for cloud services within CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient programming skills, preferably in TypeScript or similar languages.
