Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will lead high-priority industrial AI implementation projects, taking full ownership from contract signing through to successful deployment and value realization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each project aligns with our customers' strategic objectives and delivers significant business impact. You will oversee every aspect of project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes, ensuring project success and financial performance. Your responsibilities will also involve translating use case objectives into measurable business KPIs, managing complex system integrations between operational technology and information technology, and maintaining active communication with stakeholders to guarantee transparency and alignment with strategic goals such as operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and cost reduction. Moreover, you will act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, manage project financials, and drive change management activities to facilitate user training and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to ensure project success.
- Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to closure, managing scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes
- Translate use case objectives into quantifiable business KPIs and lead workshops to establish baselines
- Develop detailed project plans covering all aspects including risks and resources
- Manage complex system integrations using agile methodologies and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Ensure alignment of project delivery with customer strategic goals through regular reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing governance processes and communication
- Oversee and enhance customer satisfaction, manage relationships with partner vendors, and maintain documentation
- Drive change management activities in collaboration with the Customer Business Executive
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Cognite stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- Prior experience within Software Industry
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software delivery
- Experience with SaaS implementation lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and change management
