Job Description
Join a leading force in industrial digitalization, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing high-impact AI and data projects. You will be the sole accountable leader for steering crucial industrial AI implementation projects from the initial contract signing through to successful deployment and realization of value. In this position, you will ensure that every project aligns with strategic customer priorities, driving measurable business results. You will be responsible for comprehensive project delivery, covering all aspects such as scope, budget, quality, and customer outcomes. Your ability to translate project objectives into quantifiable business KPIs and lead workshops to establish baselines will be critical. You will develop detailed project plans, proactively manage dependencies, and ensure seamless integration of OT and IT data sources while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring project success and financial performance, while you also act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and delivering impactful results.
- Own project delivery from kickoff to closure, ensuring success and financial performance
- Translate use case objectives into measurable business KPIs
- Lead Value Realization Workshops to establish baselines and demonstrate impact
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and quality
- Manage complex system integrations, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and financial performance
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee customer satisfaction and manage partner vendor relationships
- Drive change management activities including user training and adoption support

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- Proven experience in the Software Industry
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software delivery
- Experience with SaaS implementation lifecycle, including onboarding and change management
- Deep understanding of industrial verticals such as Energy and Manufacturing
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are preferred
