Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire implementation process, analyzing data, and ensuring that client datasets are aligned with the platform's requirements.
- Own the complete implementation process and guide customers through an effective onboarding experience
- Analyze data sourced from clients' ERP systems while collaborating with stakeholders to gain insights into their processes
- Manage data transformations and imports, ensuring compliance with Carbmee’s standards and providing actionable feedback
- Implement initial datasets and respond to data change requests in the Carbmee Environmental Information System software
- Develop structured project plans that outline key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Utilize and build tools required for the customer journey, providing hands-on support to troubleshoot technical issues
- Continuously optimize implementation workflows and identify opportunities for scalability and automation
- Communicate effectively with Data Engineers to ensure that the right tools are always available for the tasks at hand

Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or technical project management
- Proven expertise in project management, successfully guiding data-driven implementations
- Experience with SaaS and data integration, particularly with APIs and ERP systems, especially SAP
- Hands-on experience in data transformation and preparation for integration
