Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical defense programs. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for managing complex projects from their initiation to delivery and ongoing support. You will act as the primary point of contact for military and government stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the program align with their needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include managing program schedules and budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with defense standards and security regulations. You will coordinate efforts across various teams, including engineering and operations, and lead negotiations related to contracts and changes. This position is essential for driving forward key defense initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery of defense programs.
- Drive complex defense programs from initiation through delivery and sustainment.
- Act as the primary liaison for military, governmental, and strategic stakeholders.
- Oversee program schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Ensure compliance with defense standards and security regulations.
- Lead negotiations related to program scope, contracts, and change management.
