You will serve as the advocate for the customer within the organization, working closely with product, technical, and account teams to maximize the benefits clients derive from the technology, ensuring sustained engagement and value over time.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring our clients gain maximum value from the platform throughout their project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic advice to enhance platform adoption, implementation, and return on investment across various construction projects.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with client champions, ensuring their feedback and perspectives are represented internally.
- Lead the onboarding process for new users, facilitating smooth adoption and delivering training to on-site teams.
- Gather insights from platform usage and client feedback to contribute to the product development roadmap.
- Document and communicate customer success stories to support account growth and showcase the platform's value.
- Collaborate with customer success colleagues to refine service delivery, update training materials, and integrate best practices.
- Work alongside technical teams to maintain data integrity and ensure the platform aligns with evolving project needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in construction, preferably in site-based roles such as Project Manager, Site Engineer, or Project Controller.
- Experience in a customer-facing B2B environment, particularly in Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development in the software or tech industries.
