Junior Project Manager Transformation
Job Description
As a Junior Project Manager in Transformation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager by facilitating effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include organizing and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are provided to participants. You will be responsible for capturing detailed meeting minutes, tracking decisions, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion. In addition, you will assist in monitoring project progress, updating plans, and maintaining high-quality documentation to support project governance. This position requires a proactive approach to communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of updates and deadlines. You will also manage the project documentation repository to ensure consistency and version control. Your contributions will be essential in helping the team maintain alignment across various workstreams and in the successful execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
