As a Revenue Operations Manager focusing on Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in improving and scaling our customer operations. Your efforts will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through insightful data analysis and efficient process management. Collaborating with various departments, you will develop and implement strategies that support customer success initiatives while optimizing overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our revenue operations with a specific focus on customer success. Your key tasks will include overseeing the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, analyzing customer data to identify trends and retention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement.

  • Manage the revenue operations processes related to customer success
  • Analyze customer metrics and feedback to develop retention strategies
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align initiatives
  • Implement and oversee tools for Customer Success operations
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators related to Customer Success
  • Provide training and support for the Customer Success team
  • Manage bonus calculations for the Customer Success organization
  • Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities
