Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany, to oversee the expansion of our European fulfillment network. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing large and complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves leading a team of contracted personnel, coordinating both internal and external resources, and successfully launching new fulfillment centers that meet high standards of quality and efficiency. You will need to be comfortable working with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization, as well as mentoring your project team. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring that all safety policies are adhered to. This position will require approximately 50% travel, both domestically and across EMEA countries. Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new fulfillment centers from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed effectively.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of multiple vendors and resources
- Oversee the project budget, approving all purchase orders and invoices
- Act as the company's representative with vendors during project execution
- Monitor project milestones and report any issues affecting cost or schedule
- Engage with various teams to align on project strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
