As the Head of Project Management, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organizationβs project management strategy to align with business objectives.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable project plans in collaboration with project managers from various departments.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and guidance on project-related matters.
- Oversee the execution of major projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prioritize projects and manage the project portfolio to balance resources and address stakeholder needs.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional international teams and senior stakeholders to promote transparency and efficient project delivery.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical issues affecting project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Recruit and retain top project management talent, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Establish project management best practices and drive process improvement initiatives.
