Job Description
We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of significant battery energy storage projects throughout Germany. The ideal candidate will manage every aspect of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within the established budget, while adhering to all technical and regulatory standards. This role requires you to act as the senior representative of the asset owner, effectively liaising with various stakeholders, including EPC contractors, suppliers, and grid operators, to resolve any critical issues that may arise during construction. You will be responsible for managing the full construction lifecycle, including civil works and electrical installations, and ensuring readiness for grid integration and commercial operations. Your leadership will be essential in providing clear and comprehensive reports to senior management, keeping them informed of project progress and any potential challenges.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities that include overseeing the entire construction lifecycle of utility-scale battery energy storage projects. Your key tasks will involve managing EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, monitoring quality control, and maintaining cost and schedule management.
- Lead the full construction lifecycle of utility-scale battery energy storage projects.
- Manage EPC contractors and supervise site activities.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Control quality, schedule, and cost throughout the project.
- Ensure successful grid connection and commissioning.

- Resolve critical construction and contractual issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management regarding project status.
