Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Process Manager, where you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing modern HR processes within our organization. You will collaborate with experts from various departments, including production and digitalization, to develop innovative solutions that enhance our human resources services. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing customer-specific HR solutions, managing project planning, and facilitating workshops for the introduction of new HR procedures. Your expertise will also be key in creating decision-making documents and supporting our leadership with your insights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at the optimization of HR processes, including:

  • Developing process designs in collaboration with production department experts and business partners
  • Analyzing, modeling, and independently implementing forward-thinking solutions for tailored HR processes
  • Managing project planning and execution for sub-projects
  • Creating and presenting decision templates and facilitating workshops for the implementation of new HR processes
  • Coordinating requirements for our SAP HR systems in collaboration with subject matter experts and advising management on strategic planning and development

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience in administrative HR processes
  • Strong understanding of HR process flows and experience in process modeling and project management
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and good to very good knowledge of SAP (HCM)
