Our Corporate Strategy team plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Agoda's leadership to deliver crucial insights through analytics, ensure alignment of objectives across functions, and propel strategic initiatives forward. Your contributions will be vital in aligning high-level company goals with everyday operations while transforming nascent ideas into impactful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Corporate Strategy team, you will take charge of leading and contributing to critical projects that require collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization.

  • Manage and oversee strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate successful project implementation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
  • Support the creation and deployment of tools to enhance team productivity
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Track and analyze team performance against key metrics
  • Compile reports for senior leadership detailing project progress and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
