Project Manager - Rail Business
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Project Manager to join our R&D team within the rail solutions sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are successfully executed in alignment with our business objectives. You will play a dual role, focusing on both strategic planning and tactical execution. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate various projects from inception to completion, while ensuring that they meet the defined scope, budget, and timelines. You will work closely with key stakeholders to establish program objectives and success criteria, develop detailed roadmaps, and oversee the overall execution of multiple projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across various teams and departments to ensure the successful market launch of our rail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include strategic planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Define program objectives and success criteria with stakeholders
- Ensure project alignment with business goals and organizational strategy
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget
- Create and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate project goals, status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
- Optimize resource allocation and manage program budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish KPIs and track project performance

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MINT, Business Administration, Management or related fields
- Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration is a plus
