Senior Project Coordinator
Job Description
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating multiple client accounts and projects, ensuring that all aspects of project coordination and administration are handled with precision and efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the entire project lifecycle for small to medium-sized projects, where you will either take the lead or collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, maintaining processes, and managing daily workflows, all while ensuring that client engagement deliverables are met. You will be expected to foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating a clear understanding of organizational structures and project requirements. The role is a temporary position intended to cover parental leave, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role beyond March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that all client deliverables are met according to the highest standards.
- Independently manage the full project lifecycle for small to medium-sized projects in both internal and client contexts
- Coordinate project activities and handle various administrative tasks for multiple client accounts/projects
- Support Project Managers on larger projects, including establishing and managing engagements with the client's PMO
- Create and maintain project plans while tracking progress with the account team
- Provide project and technical support for internal teams and clients
- Oversee daily operations of assigned engagements, including project and financial reporting
- Understand commercial management and margin control from project setup to final delivery
- Proactively escalate issues that impact project success
- Administer engagements and assist with surveys/assessments
- Format, create, and compile engagement documents and materials

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in successfully managing small to medium-sized projects
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of various project management methodologies and ability to create concise project plans
