Managing Director, Healthcare Advisory
Job Description:
- As the Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory, you will take charge of the comprehensive delivery of client engagement services, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction, management, and retention. This pivotal role emphasizes healthcare business operations, value creation, and strategic direction. You will engage in high-level negotiations, oversee project management, and present insights to senior executives, medical professionals, and care delivery providers. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to enhance BDO's Advisory services for existing clients, monitoring industry trends relevant to healthcare advisory services, and collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams to initiate outreach processes. Additionally, you will market and promote our services at industry conferences, while actively recruiting, developing, and mentoring our staff to foster professional growth within the organization.

You will be responsible for executing client projects and providing strategic healthcare advisory services tailored to various business lines.:
- Assess clinical, financial, and operational programs to generate value for clients;; Develop and close a pipeline of healthcare advisory opportunities;; Leverage BDO resources to support clients in finance, reimbursement, HR, insurance, and technology;; Establish long-term relationships with clients to understand and meet their evolving needs;; Provide data analysis and industry insights for financial assessments;; Ensure high-quality delivery in your role as solution leader;; Plan and manage client engagement resources, including recruitment and staffing
