Key Responsibilities
As the MLOps team lead, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data and model pipelines while setting high standards for our AI engineers.
- Stabilize data pipelines with design principles focusing on idempotency and SLAs
- Own orchestration using Airflow or Cloud Composer for ETL/ELT processes
- Establish and enforce AI engineering standards for model evaluation and monitoring
- Implement secure and cost-efficient operations within cloud environments
- Create CI/CD pipelines for seamless service and database deployment
- Develop templates and documentation to facilitate best practices
- Mentor and guide AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience with time series prediction and methodologies
- Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
