Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to become a key player in our Engineering team located in Berlin. In this exciting role, you will contribute to our mission of creating the largest AI-enabled fintech solution for the healthcare sector. As part of the commercial AI division, you will help automate manual tasks within our commercial teams. In a dynamic and agile environment, you will develop practical AI systems and create agentic solutions, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-ready applications. This position is perfect for recent graduates who possess a strong technical foundation and are eager to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges, particularly focusing on innovative generative AI projects while maintaining a product-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy agentic systems into production while leveraging advancements in AI technology.
- Develop effective AI solutions using frameworks such as RAG and ReAct
- Work on applied projects that have real-world impact, adhering to a 'start small, learn fast' philosophy
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for scalability and compliance
- Support user interviews and contribute to product planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams
