You will contribute to synthesizing lipid nanoparticles for medical applications and enhance the production process through AI-driven analysis and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in advancing laboratory automation through the integration of robotics and AI technologies.
- Designing and implementing automated processes for synthesizing lipid nanoparticles
- Collaborating with automation engineers to create and program robot-based systems for producing medical nanoparticles
- Analyzing experimental data alongside an interdisciplinary team and external research institutions
- Developing AI tools for optimizing production processes and creating multi-parameter models
- Establishing a secure database system for structured storage of experimental data
- Publishing research findings in scientific journals and presenting at conferences
- Co-developing educational concepts for students and professionals in life sciences and engineering
- Supervising undergraduate and graduate students' theses or project work
