Key Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle and creating innovative software solutions that enhance user experience.
- Develop prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing applications across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather, challenge, and evaluate user requirements.
- Utilize design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies to create, assess, and refine design concepts based on user feedback.
- Produce wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to visualize design specifications.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders during interviews and workshops.
- Conduct user interviews to collect feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Guide clients and colleagues on design best practices and strategies.
- Contribute to defining and shaping the design system across multiple devices and platforms.

Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience in a client-facing UI/UX role at a software company or design agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex systems and solving UX challenges across digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
