UX/UI Designer (Internal Tools)
Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who will play a crucial role in designing and delivering effective and user-friendly solutions for our specialized internal engineering tools. In this position, you will translate validated user needs into high-quality interfaces that enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and extending our existing design system, ensuring consistency and usability across various applications. Your role will involve conducting discovery and validation activities by analyzing workflows, challenging existing assumptions, and ensuring that the solutions we provide directly address the real problems faced by users. Working within agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum, you will plan, track, and communicate your design activities using tools like Azure DevOps. Collaboration with developers and engineers is key to ensure that your UX/UI designs are technically feasible and align with our product goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering effective UX/UI solutions for internal engineering tools.
- Translating user needs into high-quality interfaces.
- Implementing and extending our design system for consistency across applications.
- Conducting analysis and validation of workflows to ensure user-centered solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs.

Qualifications
- Strong practical understanding of UX/UI principles including information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience in designing complex and specialized applications, ideally in the fields of engineering or CAD tools.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Experience in agile product development environments, particularly with SAFe or Scrum methodologies.
- Fluency in English is essential.
