UX Designer

In this spirit, we seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our digital team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Senior UX Designer, a Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant, and a talented development team to enhance user experiences across our clients' websites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that these digital platforms are not only user-friendly and efficient but also aligned with the needs of users and the goals of businesses. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and refine their skills in UX design and web conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you will engage in various aspects of the design process, from research to implementation, ensuring that every user interaction is optimized for satisfaction and performance.
- Assist the Senior UX Designer in conducting comprehensive research and competitor benchmarks.
- Translate brand content and business objectives into effective web layouts and user journey maps.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that meet user requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content teams, developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Support development teams by providing precise UX documentation.
- Work alongside the CRO Consultant to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytical data.
- Maintain and update design systems, guidelines, and UI libraries to ensure consistency.
- Continuously seek ways to improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of web design projects showcasing expertise in the full UX process.
- Experience in conducting user research, competitor analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with CMS workflows, ideally with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to analyze user data and implement design adjustments based on A/B testing and performance insights.
