UX/CX - Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a talented UX/CX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will design user-centered interfaces for websites, platforms, and digital services. You will be responsible for developing wireframes and prototypes, collaborating closely with branding teams to ensure alignment with brand identity. Your analytical skills will be essential in optimizing customer journeys and touchpoints, enabling us to enhance overall customer satisfaction and conversion rates. You will also conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to implement best practices for continuous improvement in our digital experiences. Additionally, you will monitor trends in the UX/CX field and develop KPIs to measure user satisfaction and performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities

- Design user-centered interfaces for various digital platforms.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Analyze and optimize customer journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction to conversion.
- Conduct usability tests and analyze satisfaction surveys to drive improvements.
- Collaborate across teams, including branding, product marketing, and web development, to align on project goals.
- Monitor customer touchpoint management projects and report on KPIs to maintain a consistent experience.
