UX/UI Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience direction for our innovative SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing complex workflows and operational processes that enhance the usability and accessibility of our product. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be key in translating user needs into intuitive design solutions. You will conduct user research to identify friction points and generate insights that inform our design strategy. Your work will involve creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are validated through usability testing, ultimately turning complex data into user-friendly interactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality user experiences across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer, you will take on diverse responsibilities that encompass leading the user experience strategy, conducting user research, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our product.
- Lead the UX design for partner and vendor workflows, focusing on onboarding and marketing execution.
- Conduct user interviews, task analysis, and journey mapping to gather insights.
- Translate user needs and product goals into effective design solutions using Figma.
- Create prototypes and production-ready designs validated through user testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proven portfolio demonstrating design expertise in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience in B2B environments with complex workflows
Language Requirements
