Job Description
Join us as an Internship UI/UX Designer where you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative event app. Your primary focus will be on designing and enhancing app interfaces using Figma, creating user flows, style guides, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with our founders, marketing, and development teams, contributing to various design projects that involve both mobile and desktop platforms. This opportunity allows you to bring fresh ideas to the table, stay ahead of design trends, and ensure our brand's visual identity remains consistent across all platforms. You will also help optimize our website by creating new landing pages and improving conversion rates to provide users with an engaging online experience.
Key Responsibilities
As an Internship UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for various design tasks that contribute to the overall success of our app and website.
- Design and develop app interfaces in Figma including UI/UX elements, user flows, and style guides.
- Continuously optimize the website by creating new sections, landing pages, and improving conversion rates for both desktop and mobile.
- Brainstorm and implement new ideas for layouts, navigation, and micro-interactions while keeping up with current design trends.
- Quickly execute high-quality designs for spontaneous requests such as event modules, screens, and mockups.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining Louco’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Create and design visual presentations for partners, sponsors, and internal projects.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team, marketing, and development to ensure alignment and ownership of design components and user flows.

- Basic understanding of UX methodologies (User flows, wireframes, information hierarchy)
