Key Responsibilities

As a User Research Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth user research to inform critical business decisions.

  • Design and implement user research projects that encompass both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Investigate consumer motivations, usage patterns, and brand perceptions specifically related to electric vehicles and connected car technology.
  • Create and manage various research tools, including surveys, discussion guides, and focus group frameworks.
