User Experience Designer
Job Description
As a User Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the entire customer journey, from initial contact through to the long-term use of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction our users have is seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable. You will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and technology teams to create experiences that not only engage users but also lead to measurable outcomes and lasting impressions. This position offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time options, accommodating a variety of work-life balance needs.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for enhancing all touchpoints along the customer journey, from the website and onboarding processes to product usage, customer service, and retention programs.
- Optimize user interactions across multiple platforms to improve overall user satisfaction.
- Translate business objectives into specific experience KPIs and informed design decisions.
- Conduct conversion optimization initiatives, including A/B tests and experiments in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Identify weaknesses in user journeys and develop innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Carry out usability tests, interviews, and data analysis to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Create strategic UX frameworks including journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, accessible designs are implemented according to specifications.
- Promote a user-centric approach throughout the organization.

Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in UX, CX, or service design, preferably in e-commerce, consumer technology, or subscription services.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience designing for both digital and physical interactions.
- Proven knowledge in conversion rate optimization techniques including A/B testing, multivariate tests, and funnel analysis.
- Proficient in UX and CX research methodologies and capable of transforming insights into practical recommendations.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch.
