UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences for a variety of digital products, including connected medical devices, digital health platforms, and data-driven applications. Your journey will begin with in-depth research and user analysis, leading to the design and implementation of intuitive interfaces. Collaborating in an agile environment, you will work alongside UX researchers, usability engineers, software developers, and product owners. Furthermore, you will take on the responsibility of mentoring junior designers, fostering a spirit of growth and collaboration. By being part of our global UX/UI Competence Center, you will contribute to a cross-divisional initiative that encourages knowledge sharing, sets shared standards, and drives collaborative innovation in user experience and interface design.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing user experience through effective design.
- Analyze user needs and define user flows to optimize the overall experience
- Structure information architectures for clarity and usability
- Develop screen flows and interactive prototypes based on Human-Centered Design principles
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that are ready for implementation, utilizing our Design System for responsive applications
- Conduct and document user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods to guide design decisions
- Plan and execute usability testing, both remotely and on-site, to validate design effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless interaction and functionality of interfaces
- Maintain and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across all applications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer in relevant industries such as pharmaceuticals, MedTech, automotive, or finance
