UX/UI Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing innovative user experience and interface solutions for a mobile application. Your creative input will be vital throughout the development process, ensuring that the app is not only functional but also visually appealing. You will evaluate and maintain the app's design system, creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability. Analyzing user data and feedback will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to optimize designs based on real user experiences. Additionally, you will ensure that our designs meet accessibility standards as outlined by WCAG 2.0, making our app usable for everyone. Presenting prototypes for validation will also be a key duty, allowing you to showcase your ideas and gather valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the overall user experience of our application.
- Develop and design innovative UX/UI solutions for a mobile application
- Evaluate and maintain the app's design system

Qualifications
- Experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on design systems
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS PowerPoint, and Miro
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusion standards per WCAG 2.0
- Basic understanding of implementation in iOS and Android environments
- Fluent in German
