UX Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX Designer to join our Development Team within the Public Authorities division. Your passion lies in creating engaging designs and concepts that enhance user experiences in their daily tasks. As a UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to focus on user-centered design principles, ensuring our products are intuitive and pleasant for end-users. You will collaborate closely with the Requirements Engineering team, developers, our UX team, and clients to integrate effective design solutions into our products. Your role will encompass guiding the UX process throughout the entire development cycle, crafting user-centric design concepts and interaction designs for complex desktop applications. You will also conduct user studies and usability tests on prototypes and devices, working alongside our software developers to bring your ideas to fruition. Additionally, you will help maintain consistent and coherent design concepts and workflows within our SINA ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that focus on enhancing user interaction and satisfaction with our products.
- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation for complex applications
- Create wireframes, UX concepts, user requirements, and prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and feedback
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure effective implementation of design concepts
- Support the development of consistent and coherent user interfaces within our ecosystem

Qualifications
- Completed degree or equivalent training in a relevant field
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for complex technical products
- Familiarity with collaboration alongside Requirements Engineering and software development teams
- Strong sense of aesthetics and user-centered design principles
- Proficient in writing UI microcopy with stylistic and linguistic accuracy
- Experience in user research and usability testing, both qualitative and quantitative
- Ability to work creatively within technical constraints to optimize user experience
- Willingness to occasionally visit clients on-site
