Part-Time UX / UI Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our Omnichannel Operations team in our central Hamburg office. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the usability of our online shop, aligning with the latest UX trends while maintaining a consistent visual identity. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to outline functional requirements for new features and work alongside our Corporate Marketing team to evolve the visual representation of our website. Analyzing user behavior to identify areas for improvement will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will coordinating with developers and external partners on implementation issues. You will also participate in system testing, rollouts, and documentation of new backend and content management processes. Your contributions will help shape our omnichannel strategies, seamlessly integrating online and offline sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include optimizing the online shop's usability, collaborating on design strategies, and analyzing user interactions.
- Enhancing the usability of our webshop in line with current UX trends
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to define functional requirements for new features
- Working with Corporate Marketing to improve our website's visual appearance
- Analyzing user behavior to discover optimization opportunities
- Coordinating with developers and external service providers for implementation
- Participating in system tests, rollouts, and documentation of new processes
- Assisting in the development of omnichannel strategies linking online and offline sales

Qualifications
- Degree in Business with a focus on E-Commerce or E-Business
- Experience in UX/UI, Digital Design, Media Design, or similar fields
Language Requirements
Programming Languages:
Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS
