Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead strategic design initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that design efforts align with company goals. You will also be involved in user research and testing to validate design concepts.
- Drive design initiatives focused on user needs and product vision
- Develop early design concepts and evolve product propositions
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers
- Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements
- Partner with UX researchers to conduct user research
- Maintain high-quality design standards in line with UX principles
