You will maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across various devices while collaborating closely with developers, requirements engineers, and product owners to shape development processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating regulatory documents for the user interface and applying agile methods aligned with SCRUM principles.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a variety of critical tasks centered around enhancing user experience and interface design.
- Ensure the usability of user interfaces for life-sustaining medical devices
- Develop features from initial concept through to completion of UI design
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across devices
- Collaborate with developers, requirements engineers, and product owners to improve development processes
- Prepare regulatory documentation related to user interfaces
- Utilize agile methodologies based on SCRUM

Qualifications
- Degree in social sciences, media design or engineering
- Practical knowledge in user experience and design thinking
- Strong visual design sensibility for digital applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Polarion
- Knowledge of medical product regulations is a plus
- Fluency in German is essential
