UX/CX Designer
Job Description
As a UX/CX Designer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing digital user experiences across various platforms. Your main focus will be on creating user-centered interfaces for websites and digital services, both internally and externally. You will engage in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and UI elements, working closely with the brand design team to ensure alignment with our brand identity. You will also play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing customer journeys and touchpoints, managing projects that enhance customer interactions from initial contact to conversion. Conducting usability tests and satisfaction surveys will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather valuable insights for continuous improvement of the digital experience. You will stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UX/CX, developing and implementing KPIs to measure user satisfaction and conversion performance. Collaboration with various departments including branding, product marketing, data analytics, and web development will be essential, as you will act as a key point of contact for feedback systems and optimization projects.
